Camille Sauve, Author of the book "Sorcerers of Stone: Architects of the Three Ages" takes a journey to the mysterious site called Amaru Marca Wasi, the "House of the Cave Snake", an Hanan Pacha (mother culture) sacred site in the foothills of Sacsayhuaman.
Amaru Marca Wasi, is also called 'The Moon Temple at Sacsayhuaman', and is an incredible archaeology site with an enigmatic cave in the huaca (sacred site) showing animal forms shaped in the stone. Little is known about this site except for mysterious legends of snake people that once lived here. Possibley they still do in the deeper layers of the tunnel systems that lie underneath Cusco.
